2. Membership Levels & Access

Clash of Kaijus™ offers different access tiers, including but not limited to:

Kaiju Solo Access (single-player experience)
Kaiju Master Access (multiplayer experience)

Membership features, access rights, and content availability may change as the platform evolves. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features at any time.

Access to specific cards, packs, tools, or features may be restricted based on membership level.

3. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Failed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.

Refund Policy:
Unless otherwise stated, all digital purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted.

4. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or payment provider.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access without notice if we detect:

Abuse of the Service
Exploitation of game mechanics
Unauthorized access or tampering
Violation of these Terms

5. Game Mechanics & Fair Use

Clash of Kaijus™ includes elements such as:

Randomized spinners
Card draws
AI behavior
Multiplayer interactions

These systems are designed for entertainment, not competitive fairness guarantees. Manipulating, exploiting, or attempting to reverse-engineer game mechanics is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within Clash of Kaijus™, including but not limited to:

Artwork, logos, designs
Cards, names, lore, and rules
Software, code, and UI elements

is the exclusive property of Clash of Kaijus™ unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content
Sell or sublicense any part of the Service
Use assets for commercial purposes without written permission

7. User-Generated Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Harass, abuse, or threaten others
Upload malicious code or interfere with systems
Impersonate another user or entity
Circumvent membership restrictions or paywalls

Violation may result in immediate termination.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may integrate or link to third-party tools, platforms, or websites.

We are not responsible for:

Third-party availability or outages
Data handling or privacy practices of external services
